Mind Numbing

Boredom                             Wind and emptiness              Occupies my mind                 Nothing to do                      But lay down                      Take a trip to another world        On the vehicle of imagery           Do I travel and find the unknown. Power of visualization               My home, your twilight zone.

Laziness + depression + no eagerness to drag kids along an adventure (any trip could be an adventure of the battle of the bossy little brother vs persistent big brother) = adult boredom.

Side bar: Depression is wayyy better than anxiety though. #teamdepression (like there aren’t enough rivalries in the world. Hahaha.)
